Howdy! I'm Jenny Waters, a certified transformational nutrition and habit coach, passionate about turning life's challenges into opportunities for growth.

My own transformation began when I turned 46. I had been struggling with the symptoms of perimenopause without realizing it. I was sick and tired of being overweight, exhausted, and feeling like a stranger in my own body. This realization hit me at the same time my husband was diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis. It became my mission to figure out my own health and his too.

I applied my love for habits to slowly but surely transform our lifestyle, ensuring we could both enjoy an active, fulfilling life in our empty nest years. I'm fed up with a medical system that's more focused on sick care than addressing root causes and sustainable long-term health. That's why I’m dedicated to helping you take control of your well-being, so you can live the vibrant, fulfilling life you deserve.
