I’ve done Weight Watchers®️. How is this membership different?
❌ No food rules or counting points/ calories. No dreaded weigh in that determined if you’d been bad or good!
☑️ Instead, we celebrate consistency with habits more than the number on the scale. We help problem solve to make it easier to follow through before leveling up. You eventually become your own coach!
Why a monthly membership?
❌ Most diets either have a learning curve and then you quit because it’s too hard. Or you have to buy their food to stay on the program. This membership helps you take this at your own pace. Some women might just a few months, but most will need more to anchor in the lifestyle habits.

You wouldn’t expect to join a gym for one month and be done. This will keep you accountable to making the changes and design the healthy lifestyle you love!
Should I wait for the right time?
My program fits into your life no matter what season you’re in! If you keep waiting for the perfect time, it’s not coming. When you start doing the Fuel for Fun Program, you’ll love how doable it is even in the busy seasons! I only open enrollment a few times a year!
Why do I need a community?
Your brain isn’t supportive because it doesn’t like change. I will believe for you until you train your brain to believe in your dreams. You will be surrounded by other women just like you!
How long will it take?
Research shows that it takes 67 days to fully anchor in a habit. We will be working on several different habits along the way, so I would plan to at least stay for 6 months to lock in your new healthy lifestyle!
I promise to do my part to keep you engaged and enjoying the community so that you want to do the work and continue to improve!
Couldn’t I just watch your free stuff and do on my own?
Sure, you could do that, but how’s that working for you? You would miss my insight of your blind spots and the encouragement of your peers!
