1. What is a discovery session?

This is a time to tell me what you are looking to change.  We’ll discuss a little about how we can approach your transformation.  I can answer any questions you have.

In our session, you will get personalized tips, a plan to proceed, and a renewed HOPE that YOU can and will TRANSFORM your health!  If we mutually decide to work together, then you will select the coaching package that fits your needs.  We’ll set up our first appointment and your journey to RECLAIM your health begins!

2. What happpens in a coaching session?

I will send you a health assessment form that you will complete and return to me prior to our first session.

Together we will go over this form and start looking for the root cause to your health struggles by evaluating the mind, body, and spirit connections.

Next, we will discuss your goals and your current mindset for transformation.

Together we will customize a plan for you that addresses your concerns and helps you make progress towards your goals. You will always have the power to choose your homework each session.

Each session after that, we will go over your progress, your struggles, and tweak your plan to achieve your personal health transformation. Together we will figure out what motivates you and how I can best hold you accountable. I will be able to offer guidance and suggestions when you need it. I will teach you how to listen to your body so that you become your own health expert. Once you know what nourishes your body, you don’t have to rely on discipline and willpower to get you through.

I have lots of resources, recipes, and tips to share with you. I’m also available to provide email support between sessions.

3. How do we meet?

Once we set up an appointment, I will email you a Zoom meeting invitation. (Zoom is a free video meeting app you can get on your phone or you can log into on your computer.) At our appointed time, we’ll log into the meeting on our phone/ or computer.

The last 10 minutes of our meeting time, we will discuss your homework and set up our next appointment.

4. How many sessions are needed?

That depends on you and your current health. Are you super motivated and just need some tweaking to your already healthy lifestyle? 3 months could be just what you need to get on track.

Do you have a lot of weight to lose or are you struggling with a chronic illness or autoimmune disorder? It could take longer.

You didn’t get to where you are overnight, so it will take some time to transform your health. If you’re looking for a magic pill or a rigid diet, this isn’t it. However, if you want to rediscover real food and what it feels like to feel good again, then I can help you!

5. Why should I work with you?

You and I both know if healthy habits were easy, you would already have them. I’m here to help you find your own way back to health. I can be your cheerleader, your accountability partner, and your coach.

I love good food, finding healthy habit hacks, and serving people. I would love to help you find food that tastes as good as it makes you feel. I can help you discover how to incorporate exercise and better sleep habits into your lifestyle.

I have been trained as a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach and have learned how to incorporate the science of nutrition, psychology, spirituality, and coaching to transform your health. I have tons of resources and personal experience to share with you.

6. What kind of transformation can I look forward to?

Of course, your transformation depends on you. You are in charge the whole way! Long lasting health comes from an understanding of your own body and its needs. One food might be great for me, but might cause symptoms for you. When you know exactly how a food makes you feel, making healthy choices becomes easier. It’s a journey to health not perfection. There is no cheating just learning.

A healthy lifestyle will always be evolving as you learn to listen to your body. I am here as your guide, but ultimately you will become the expert of YOU!

7. Coaching is expensive. Is it really worth it?

Coaching is an investment in your health. In my experience, when you transform your health, you start saving money on OTC and prescription medicines and doctor visits. You also have more energy to cook for yourself instead of eating out all the time. You have energy to embrace new opportunities and attract abundance!

Now I will warn you that you will probably need to eventually budget for a new wardrobe! My husband had to even get new socks because his ankles were no longer swollen!

When I hired my first coach, I struggled justifying the cost to myself. My husband pointed out that I wouldn’t blink spending that money on our daughters. It came down to finally prioritizing ME. I was worth it. I believe YOU ARE WORTHY of ABUNDANT HEALTH! The big question is do you believe it?

8. What is the difference between the 10-day health reset, 1:1 coaching and group coaching?

The 10-day reset is a self-paced health reset program that addresses detoxing your life, mind, body, and spirit. You can choose to continue past the 10 days, because you will start loving how good you feel. This is for the self-starter who has good discipline already.

1:1 coaching is a more personalized approach. You will have access to the 10-day health reset and we will determine how you want to approach it. We will work together to specifically address your health issues. This program will allow you to reach your goals that we set together. You will have my support every step of the way!

Group coaching is a small accountability group. Everyone works on their own goals. We will go through a health reset together. Through weekly coaching calls, we will motivate, encourage, and learn from each other. Between calls, I will send you short lessons to further your learning about health. We will celebrate progress together!
